A three-day regional conference bringing together public administration scholars, policymakers, civil servants, practitioners and early-career researchers in Lalitpur.
The 2026 International Conference on Public Administration and Governance in South Asia explores “Reimagining Public Administration in South Asia: Ethics, Inclusion and State Capacity.” Participants can expect keynote sessions, technical presentations, Policy Labs, Deliberative Studios and Learning Labs focused on governance reform, public service delivery, institutional capacity and citizen trust.
Dates and time: Wednesday 4 November to Friday 6 November 2026, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM Nepal time.
Venue: Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.
Organizers: Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN), and South Asian Network for Public Administration (SANPA).
Admission: Free; conference registration fees are waived. Advance registration is required, general-participant applications are reviewed by the organizers, and on-site registration is normally unavailable.
