A three-day regional conference for public administration scholars, policymakers, civil servants, practitioners and early-career researchers in Lalitpur. The 2026 International Conference on Public Administration and Governance in South Asia examines ethics, inclusion and state capacity through keynotes, technical presentations, Policy Labs, Deliberative Studios and Learning Labs. Schedule (Nepal time): Wednesday 4 November begins with registration at 7:30 AM and ends with a reception at 7:30 PM; Thursday 5 November runs from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday 6 November runs from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The event date range in JamJam spans the first registration to the final scheduled activity. NASC says the program is provisional; check its daily schedules before attending. Venue: Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC), Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.
