This policy explains the basic information JamJam may collect while helping you discover events and clubs in Nepal.

Google Login

JamJam uses Google login for authentication. When you sign in, we may receive basic Google account details such as your name and email address.

Account Activity

JamJam stores user activity such as saved events, followed organizers, and RSVPs. Historical club follows may also be retained; Join Club now opens an external club page and does not create a JamJam membership. We use account activity to support account features and improve your event discovery experience.

How We Use Information

We use account information to keep your session secure, personalize your experience, and operate the service. We do not publish your email address on public event pages.

External club, event and ticket websites

Listed clubs and events are operated independently of JamJam. When you follow a club, event, ticket or registration link, you may leave JamJam for a third-party website. Information you provide there is handled under that provider’s privacy policy and terms, rather than this policy. Those websites may collect information about your visit or use their own cookies; JamJam does not control their data practices.

Review the destination’s privacy policy before sharing personal information. Our Terms explain JamJam’s role as a discovery directory and your choice to join or attend independently.

Contact Enquiries

When you use our contact form, we use your name, email, optional phone number, and message to respond to your enquiry. These details pass through Resend, our email delivery provider, and reach the JamJam team mailbox. We do not store contact-form messages in the website database.
