Ascend Climbing & Bouldering, also called The South Wall, is in Thado Dhunga, Jhamsikhel. Choose low-wall bouldering over mats or a session on the taller rope walls. Beginners should ask staff for an induction and belay support.
The operator lists NPR 900 for bouldering and NPR 1,100 for the Full Experience, including shoes and belay. Confirm the package when booking; groups of ten or more should reserve ahead.
The café overlooks the climbing wall, so friends can watch between turns.
