Ascend Climbing in Thado Dhunga, Jhamsikhel, is a social indoor bouldering gym where friends can solve routes, encourage one another and turn a workout into a fun group hangout. Beginners can start without prior experience, while regular climbers can test technique on changing problems. The official site currently lists bouldering from NPR 900 and a fuller climbing experience from NPR 1,100, with opening hours shown as 8 AM to 9 PM daily.
