About this spot

Phewa Lake, also spelled Fewa Tal, is the lake beside Pokhara’s Lakeside neighbourhood. Hire a boat from an authorised landing or take a crossing to Tal Barahi Temple. Agree on the route, duration and total fare first, wear a life jacket and follow the boat operator’s weather advice. Walking along the public shore is a separate, lower-cost outing.
