Arrive at the western approach → walk to the stupa at a comfortable pace → pause for city views → return.
GETTING THERE & ACCESS
NTB describes the western approach as easier than the steep eastern staircase. Easier does not mean step-free. Keep belongings secure around monkeys; visibility and crowds vary.
