ACCESS & HOURS
Travel via Balkhu toward the TU campus in Kirtipur. Bring your photo ID and student card if applicable. The official timetable lists annex reading rooms as 24/7, but confirm eligibility and overnight access first. Administrative building: Sun–Fri 6 am–7 pm in summer, until 6 pm in winter; Saturday 10 am–5 pm or 4 pm in winter. Public-holiday closures apply.
FEES & MEMBERSHIP
TU's 2024–25 handbook lists temporary reference access at NPR 100 for 15 days and separate private/reference memberships. Ask the desk for current fees and outside-student eligibility. Membership is not a one-day ticket; the outing budget stays blank.
