About this spot
A short tree-lined park walk in Jwagal. Check the usable entrance and paths; the flood-damaged footbridge is not part of this outing.
SUGGESTED TIME
45–90 minutes. Durations are planning estimates, not opening hours.
A SIMPLE OUTING
Enter from a confirmed Jwagal gate → walk a usable section of the park → pause where seating is available → return through the same entrance.
GETTING THERE & ACCESS
Approach from the Jwagal side via established streets. September 2024 floods damaged the park and its suspension footbridge to Buddhanagar; a July 2026 report recalls that damage. Replacement of that footbridge was not verified. Use daylight and dry conditions, and check current paths and gate hours locally.
ENTRY & OPTIONAL COSTS
Free entry is reported by older local reporting and 2022 field research. Free covers the reported ordinary park walk; check current notices at the gate. Transport and parking are separate.
RESEARCH CHECKED
15 September 2026. Check current notices before travelling.
