ACCESS & HOURS
Head to Aakriti Marg in Maharajgunj, to USEF-Nepal rather than the separate US Embassy library. The current library notice allows walk-ins without booking; the office lists Monday–Friday 10 am–4 pm. Check holiday notices. Bring a national photo ID: the special reference collection requires depositing it at the desk while using those books. Confirm own-book study and laptop rules.
FEES & MEMBERSHIP
The operator explicitly states that library access and college-search internet are free. This does not include examination fees or unrelated services. Transport and food are separate.
